Book your Autumn break in the Scottish Highlands

Right now we still have availability on most of our luxury lodges and cottages for many weeks throughout the Autumn. Why the Scottish Highlands in Autumn? It’s beautiful! Plus, there are less tourists about and the Scottish Highland weather is often surprisingly good in the autumn months.

If you stay at any of our five luxury properties on the Balnagown Estate, you get unlimited free access to the well-equipped sports and games hall. There’s also the free use of cycles to use on the estate’s many safe tracks and pathways, plus we can arrange for archery and, at a very reasonable additional cost, for clay pigeon shooting as well. You can fish for free in the well-stocked loch for trout, tour the beautiful castle gardens, or just take leisurely walks around the stunning grounds of the estate. There’s also lots to see and do locally, with the Highland towns of Tain and Dornoch close by, and well-renowned links golf courses also just a short drive away. And in the evenings there’s your cosy lodge or cottage to relax in, complete with real fire, broadband and satellite TV. We even make dogs welcome!

Our properties at Invercassley and Duchally Estates are equally as luxurious, but the experience is better suited to those with a love for an outdoor life. So walking, bird watching, mountain biking and exploring the rugged landscape.
